Titanium 6x, iron 3x, aluminum 66% over reporting limits in Oregon snow

Titanium was found at six times reporting limits in Oregon snow, while iron was three times over.

Snow collected December 27, 2016, in Chiloqion OR, contained 3.1μg/L of titanium, more than six times the reporting limit of 0.5μg/L. Iron clocked in at 59μg/L (RL 20μg/L) and aluminum at 88μg/L (RL 50μg/L). Barium & strontium were below reporting limits. (Apologies for the typo on the report – while McCampbell received the sample January 2017, I mistakenly wrote December 2017 on the form.)

Here’s a pdf of the full report.
